It consists of 1 bathroom; shower over small bath, toilet upstairs and extra shower/toilet downstairs, internal laundry, LUG garage plus BBQ. Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels etc) not provided.
Rates:
$450 per week - Off peak
$700 per week - school holidays
$1300 per week - Christmas School holidays
NB:
- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- If bookings are made for less than 1 week, a nightly rate is charged
