$700 per week - Autumn/Winter off peak
$1120 per week. - Spring/Summer off peak
$1500 per week - school holidays
$2300 per week - Christmas School holidays
NB:
- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- If bookings are made for less than 1 week, a nightly rate is charged
