Modern kitchen with dishwasher spacious lounge and dining. One bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin; extra separate toilet off the laundry. Airconditioning. Large balcony boasting magnificent views of the ocean, river, and mountains. Single lock up garage. Only a short stroll to shops, clubs, and beaches.
Bed configuration - 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and 1 two single bed bunk. Linen not supplied.
Rates:
$1000 per week - Off peak
$1300 per week - school holidays
$1600 per week - Christmas School holidays
NB:
- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- If bookings are made for less than 1 week, a nightly rate is charged
- Strictly NO PETS allowed at property.
